These Terms & Conditions govern your use of wg8, available at wg8wg8.net. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause below. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to wg8 is conditional on your full acceptance of these terms. Continued use of the site after any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. wg8 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or an on-site notice before they take effect.

2. Eligibility

You may only open an account with wg8 if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the site from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person.
• You are not currently self-excluded from wg8 or any related platform.

wg8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and balances may be voided. When you register with wg8, you must provide accurate personal information — including your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number used for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay payments.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

The minimum deposit at wg8 is ৳300. Funds are credited within 1 minute via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bank Transfer. Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is ৳800. The maximum daily withdrawal is ৳2,00,000. Standard processing time is 10 minutes once verification is complete. First-time withdrawals may take up to 6 hours while KYC is reviewed.

5. Bonus Terms

Welcome Bonus

New wg8 members receive a 200% first-deposit bonus up to ৳8,000. The bonus and the original deposit together must be wagered 12 times before any withdrawal is processed. The bonus is valid for 7 days from the date it is credited. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots contribute 100%, while live casino games contribute 10%.

Reload & Cashback Bonuses

A 20% reload bonus is available on subsequent deposits, subject to the same 12× wagering requirement. A daily cashback of 1.2% is credited on net losses, with no wagering requirement attached to cashback amounts.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash before wagering, or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
• wg8 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including coordinated betting or multiple accounts.
• Free bet and bonus stakes are excluded from winnings calculations.

Referral Bonus

When a friend you refer completes their first qualifying deposit using your referral code, you receive ৳150 credited to your account. Referral bonuses are subject to a 12× wagering requirement. Self-referrals and referrals between members of the same household are not eligible.

6. Gameplay Rules

wg8 offers games from providers including JILI, Habanero, PG Soft, FA Chai, Sexy Gaming, JDB, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the published Return to Player (RTP) rate, which is verified by the provider. wg8 does not alter RTP settings.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game. For example, Jackpot Bingo (Habanero) accepts bets from ৳1, while Dragon and Tiger (Ezugi) allows up to ৳50,000 per round. Players are responsible for checking game limits before placing bets.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned. wg8 will not pay out winnings based on a result produced by an error.

7. KYC & Verification

wg8 requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents are a National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. Upload a clear photo via the account dashboard. The review takes up to 6 hours. Once approved, future withdrawals are processed without re-verification unless account details change.

Providing false documents is a breach of these terms. wg8 will close the account, retain any remaining balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

wg8 is committed to responsible gambling. Players can set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders from the account settings page. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, you can self-exclude for a period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends.

9. Suspension & Closure

wg8 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if:

• Regulatory or legal requirements demand it.
• The account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months (a dormancy fee of ৳100 per month may apply after this period).

If your account is closed by wg8 for reasons other than a breach, any withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

wg8 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 2 hours in advance where possible. wg8's total liability to any single player in any calendar month is capped at the net deposits made by that player in the same month. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this platform.

11. Changes to Terms

wg8 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and send a notification to the email address associated with your account. If you continue to use wg8 after the changes take effect, you are considered to have accepted the new terms.
